This is how I end my day and manage to sleep like a baby.
I fell upon this meditation by Deepak Chopra the other day and it is one of the best meditations I have heard in a very long time. If you do not know Deepak Chopra, I invite you to discover him. Trust and let go, believe me it's like floating in a warm hot fragrant bath, soothing and healing voice and beautiful oriental music. Sometimes worries and activities of the stay still echo and ring in your ears at the end of your working day. Meditation is an amazing way to start and end your day a real gift of self love. You will feel refreshed and feed your cerebra with wonderful soothing Alpha Waves. This will rest and refresh you and I am sure most beginners will simply fall asleep, so please make sure your pijamas are on and you are under your covers before you do this. I have often fallen into a very deep sleep in the middle of this type of meditation with all the lights on and fully clothed. Relax and enjoy in the safety of your home and bed or in a quiet area where you will not be disturbed. No need to believe every word he says, simply trust and be aware of how your body is relaxing and letting go of tension. Namaste : )
