Start your day clear, cleansed and focused with the help of the following DAILY meditations

To complete my daily buddhist practice of Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, I have incorporated the following two daily meditations by Doreen Virtue, Master of Psychology and Dr. Wayne Dyer for the past 3 months.  To tell you the truth I thought they were a little strange at first, but being inquisitive by nature and open minded, I just kept listening and following their meditations and online conferences.  I have been following these two amazing teachers, guides and wisdom keepers for the past three years.  Today I owe them a great debt of gratitude for their healing teachings and writings.  Their teachings have brought great JOY into my life and help me to keep focus, clarity and peace in my every day life. I have decided to share these two meditations with you and trust that you will enjoy and be uplifted by them. Namaste

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL CLEARING AND CLEANSING MEDITATION
