In view of what happened in Paris on November 13, 2015 and all the unmediasized acts of killing happening around the world, I dedicate this blog to the all the families of the world who have lost loved ones due to acts of terrorism around the world. I
felt I had to create this Blog to share the knowledge and teachings I have acquired; tips and tools on how to cope with what is going on in
the world today and how I cultivate my inner peace and happiness. Nichiren Buddhism, Nam myoho renge kyo has been part of my life since 2006. This was the year that my mother died of cancer after a long and brave fight. Her death affected me and my family deeply. I fell in a deep depressive state of being for two years and it is only now that I am seeing the big picture and the divine role of her death in our family's life journeys of personal expansion. Through prayer, much learning and action, I am now able to transmit what I have learned to help others. Here are some great tips from Doreen Virtue, author,
speaker and holder of a Master's Degree in psychology living in
beautiful Hawaii on how to deal with everything that is going on around the world. It
helped me today and I hope it can help some of you. We cannot control
other people's actions or lack of action. We can only do our best each
day and strive to be the best person we can be. Namaste
